I have decided to start a blog as I feel that the history of our unusual family will be lost if the older generation pass without sharing their memories. The recent death of my own father made me realise how much history passed with him and how many questions I should have asked before the time came when his wealth of knowledge was lost to us all permanently.
I invite all family members to share their stories and family history with each other through this blog. The marrage of Ellen Casey and Peter Connolly produced 12 children who all went their seperate ways, some to very distant lands. It is now time for us to come back together and share our lives and the family stories that we would all love to hear.
